Rights protection
MedaStaré respects copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and image rights. This page explains how to submit a detailed notice and how affected users may respond.
1. Submit a rights notice
Send notices to support@medastare.com. Include:
- Your name and reliable contact information.
- Identification of the work, trademark, person or right claimed.
- The exact MedaStaré content or location challenged.
- The legal basis for the claim and evidence of ownership or authority.
- A good faith statement that the challenged use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- A physical or electronic signature where required.
2. Review and action
MedaStaré may request more information, restrict content during review, remove or disable content, preserve evidence, notify the user and take action against repeat or serious infringement. A notice does not guarantee removal when the use is authorized, licensed, legally protected or insufficiently identified.
3. User response and appeal
An affected user may provide evidence of ownership, permission, license, fair use or another legal basis. MedaStaré may restore content where appropriate and legally permitted. Knowingly false notices or responses may create liability.
4. Celebrity and brand content
MedaStaré does not authorize users to imply endorsement by a celebrity, designer, brand or agency. App Store screenshots and official campaigns must use original, licensed or otherwise authorized content. MuseMatch is intended to translate general style inspiration and must not copy identity or falsely suggest sponsorship.
5. Repeat infringement
MedaStaré may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate rights, taking into account the circumstances, notices, responses and applicable law.
