Use the app first
Account specific controls are available in Settings under Privacy and Legal. The options below provide a public route for users who cannot access the app.
1. Available choices
Access my data
Request confirmation and a copy of personal data connected with your account.
Correct my data
Update profile information in the app or request correction of information that cannot be edited.
Download my data
Request a secure, machine readable export where applicable.
Delete my account
Initiate deletion in the app or request help when account access is unavailable.
Manage AI consent

Object or restrict
Request an objection or restriction where applicable law provides it.
Sale and targeted advertising
Exercise an applicable opt out. MedaStaré does not currently sell personal data for money or use private app content for cross context behavioral advertising.
Appeal a decision
Ask for review of a denied privacy request where the law provides an appeal right.
2. Make a request
Email support@medastare.com with the request type and the email connected with the account. Do not send passwords, Apple credentials, full payment card information or unnecessary identity documents.
MedaStaré may send a verification link or request limited information reasonably necessary to protect the account. Requests concerning another person require valid authority.
3. Response timing
MedaStaré responds within the period required by applicable law. In the European Economic Area this is generally without undue delay and within one month, subject to a legally permitted extension. Other regions may use different periods. MedaStaré will explain an extension or denial when required.
4. Limits and exceptions
A request may be limited when necessary to protect another person, confidential information, security, legal obligations, fraud prevention, active litigation or another lawful exception. A manifestly unfounded or excessive request may be handled as permitted by law.
5. Authorized agents
Where local law permits an authorized agent, MedaStaré may require evidence of authority and may verify the user directly. MedaStaré will not disclose account data solely because a person claims to be an agent.
6. Complaints
You may complain to the privacy regulator or authority in your jurisdiction. Contacting MedaStaré first may help resolve the issue, but it is not a condition for exercising a regulator complaint right.
