MedaStaré Inc. is a United States corporation formed in Delaware and operates the MedaStaré website, mobile application and related services.
MedaStaré publishes company information that is appropriate and required for users, regulators, platforms and business counterparties. Private residential information is not published solely to complete a website template where publication is not legally required.

MedaStaré Inc. operates as a United States corporation. The governing-law provisions applicable to consumer use of the Service are described in the Terms of Use, subject to mandatory rights and protections that cannot lawfully be waived in a user's jurisdiction.
Additional verified corporate, tax, registered-agent or registration information may be provided through appropriate corporate, banking, regulatory, contractual or platform channels where required.
2. Website and Service operator
The MedaStaré website, mobile application and related consumer services are operated by MedaStaré Inc., except where a specific feature or contractual relationship expressly identifies another entity or provider for a defined role.
Third-party providers may process data or provide infrastructure, AI, payment, payout, weather, analytics or platform services. Their roles are described in the Privacy Policy, AI Data Processing Notice and Subprocessors page.

Please do not send passwords, authentication tokens, Apple or Google credentials, complete payment-card information, online-banking passwords, CVC/security codes, unnecessary identity documents or sensitive images by ordinary email.
4. Intellectual property and brand rights
The MedaStaré name, logo, software, website, mobile application, interface designs, visual systems, written content, databases, proprietary workflows and related materials are owned by or licensed to MedaStaré Inc. and are protected to the extent provided by applicable copyright, trademark, design, database, trade-secret and other intellectual-property laws.
MedaStaré and product or feature names including MedAI, StaréMatch, MedArena, StarGift, StarDay, FashionStare, ShopStare, StyleTrack, MoodStare, NailStare, MedaBeaute, StyleStare and associated names, logos, icons and visual identifiers may be trademarks, service marks or proprietary brand assets of MedaStaré Inc. or its licensors, whether or not registration is complete in every jurisdiction.
Access to the Service does not grant any trademark, franchise, reseller, distribution, agency, partnership, sponsorship or other commercial right except where MedaStaré expressly agrees in writing.
Users retain rights in their own original content subject to the limited permissions described in the Terms of Use and any feature-specific agreement.
5. Formal legal notices
A formal legal notice should clearly identify the sender, the sender's authority or relationship to the matter, the relevant account, content, transaction or agreement, the legal basis of the request, the action requested and reliable reply information.
MedaStaré may request reasonable verification before acting on a notice and may direct a sender to a designated registered agent, legal counsel, platform process or other legally appropriate channel where the nature of the matter requires it.
Sending a message to general support does not waive any formal service, jurisdiction, limitation-period or procedural requirement that applies under law or a separate written agreement.
Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, image, personality or other rights complaints may be submitted through support@medastare.com and are handled subject to the Terms of Use and applicable law.
6. Platform and trader information
Apple App Store, Google Play and other distribution platforms may display verified developer, trader, business or contact information required by the platform or applicable law. Information displayed by a platform may be more detailed than the information published on this page.
For European or other regulated distribution, MedaStaré may provide additional trader, contact, tax or registration information directly through the applicable platform interface where required.
Storefront purchase, subscription and refund rules remain subject to the applicable platform terms and MedaStaré's Subscription Terms.
