Subscription Terms

1. Scope

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use and apply to auto renewable subscriptions, free trials, promotional offers, usage allowances and paid digital access in the MedaStaré application. Apple terms also apply to purchases processed through the App Store.

2. Subscription tiers

Names, benefits and limits may change for future billing periods. MedaStaré will not reduce a benefit already purchased for the current paid period where prohibited by law. Exact limits, eligible features and renewal terms shown before purchase control over a general website description.

3. Price and billing period

Prices are localized by the App Store and may include applicable taxes. The application does not hardcode a global price. Before purchase, the paywall shows the full amount charged, the billing period, the subscription name, included services and any introductory offer.

An estimated monthly equivalent may be shown for comparison, but the total amount actually billed for the selected period is the controlling price.

4. Free trials and promotions

• A free trial is available only when displayed for the user and product.
• The purchase screen states the trial length and exact price that begins after the trial.
• The subscription automatically renews into the paid period unless canceled before Apple processes the renewal.
• Eligibility is determined by Apple and the product configuration. A person may be ineligible even if a promotion is displayed elsewhere.
• Promotional codes and offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

5. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period or the period shown by Apple unless canceled. Apple charges the payment method connected with the Apple account according to Apple billing rules. MedaStaré does not receive full payment card information from Apple.

6. Cancellation and management

Cancel through iOS Settings, the App Store subscription management screen, or the Manage Subscription button in MedaStaré. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not end access before the current paid period expires.

Removing the application, signing out or deleting the MedaStaré account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

7. Restore Purchases

Restore Purchases checks eligible transactions connected with the Apple account and restores the matching MedaStaré entitlement after verification. It does not create a new purchase. A user may need to sign in to the correct MedaStaré account so the entitlement can be connected securely.

8. Upgrades, downgrades and product changes

Apple and the subscription group configuration determine when an upgrade or downgrade takes effect and whether a prorated adjustment applies. The app displays the available options before confirmation. MedaStaré uses verified StoreKit transactions and does not unlock premium access from an unverified transaction.

MedaStaré may change future pricing or benefits with the notice and consent required by Apple and applicable law. A price increase does not take effect merely because it appears on this website.

9. Billing retry, grace period and expiration

When a renewal payment fails, Apple may place the subscription in billing retry or a grace period. Access may continue or become limited according to the entitlement state returned by Apple. Access ends when the verified entitlement expires or is revoked.

10. Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled according to Apple policies and applicable consumer law. MedaStaré may provide information needed to review a request but does not control Apple refund decision. Nothing limits a mandatory refund or cancellation right.

11. Account deletion

The app may offer immediate deletion or, where supported, scheduled deletion at the end of a paid period. Immediate deletion remains available subject to verification and lawful retention.

For purchase restoration, entitlement or subscription access issues, contact support@medastare.com. Never send Apple account passwords or full payment card information.
