Community Guidelines & Content Policy

1. Scope

These Community Guidelines & Content Policy ("Guidelines") supplement the Terms of Use and, where applicable, the Creator Program Terms, StarGift Terms and feature-specific Official Rules.

They apply to public, semi-public and private interactions where MedaStaré provides the feature, including content posted, uploaded, generated, edited, shared, messaged, submitted to a challenge, used in a profile, attached to a Creator account or otherwise made available through the Service.

Some conduct may violate these Guidelines even if it is lawful. Some lawful content may also be limited where necessary to protect users, comply with platform rules, preserve product integrity or enforce feature-specific standards.

2. Core community principles

Users and Creators should:

• treat other people with respect;
• share content they have the right to use;
• represent themselves and commercial relationships accurately;
• avoid deceptive, manipulative or exploitative behavior;
• respect privacy and personal boundaries;
• use monetization, ranking, matching and challenge features honestly; and
• follow applicable law and any feature-specific rules.

3. Illegal or dangerous activity

Do not use MedaStaré to organize, facilitate, promote, sell, solicit or meaningfully assist illegal activity or conduct that creates a serious risk of harm.

Prohibited examples include credible threats of violence, instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing, trafficking or exploitation, unlawful weapons transactions, controlled-substance sales, extortion, blackmail, organized fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful financial activity.

MedaStaré may preserve or disclose information where legally required or where permitted by law in response to a valid emergency or safety request.

4. Harassment, abuse and threats

Do not target another person with harassment, intimidation, stalking, repeated unwanted contact, humiliation, coercion, blackmail, credible threats or coordinated abuse.

Criticism, disagreement and negative opinions are not automatically harassment. Enforcement considers context, repetition, targeting, severity, power imbalance and whether the conduct is intended or reasonably likely to intimidate or harm.

Do not encourage others to swarm, mass-message, threaten or harass a user or Creator.

5. Hateful or dehumanizing conduct

Do not attack, dehumanize, threaten, exclude or promote hatred against people based on protected characteristics recognized by applicable law or commonly protected safety standards, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar protected status.

Contextual discussion, counterspeech, documentary material, education and good-faith discussion may be treated differently from content that endorses or promotes hateful conduct.

6. Sexual and exploitative content

MedaStaré is not a platform for pornography, sexual services, sexual solicitation or exploitative sexual content.

Do not post or distribute explicit sexual activity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, sexual services, fetish content intended primarily for sexual gratification, or content that sexualizes a person without consent.

Fashion, beauty, swimwear, lingerie, artistic or body-positive content is not automatically prohibited. MedaStaré considers presentation, context, explicitness, intent and applicable platform or legal requirements.

7. Minors and age-sensitive safety

MedaStaré's general account eligibility is 18+ unless a specific service version expressly states otherwise. Regardless of account eligibility, content involving minors receives heightened safety treatment.

Never post, request, generate, sexualize, trade or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexualized content involving a minor. Do not groom, solicit or facilitate inappropriate sexual contact with minors.

Content that appears to involve exploitation of a minor may be removed immediately and may be reported where required or permitted by law.

8. Privacy, doxxing and intimate material

Do not publish or threaten to publish another person's private or highly sensitive information without authorization where doing so creates a meaningful privacy or safety risk.

This includes doxxing, private addresses, authentication credentials, financial-account information, non-public identity documents, sensitive personal records, private communications shared to intimidate or exploit, or intimate imagery distributed without consent.

Do not use another person's face, body, voice, likeness or personal information in a misleading, exploitative or privacy-invasive way.

9. Impersonation and deceptive identity

Do not impersonate another person, Creator, company, public figure or MedaStaré representative in a way likely to deceive others.

Fan, parody, commentary or tribute accounts may be allowed where they are clearly identified and do not create a misleading affiliation.

Do not fabricate verification, partnership, sponsorship, employment, endorsement, prize status or official MedaStaré affiliation.

10. Fraud, scams and manipulation

Do not use MedaStaré to deceive users for money, credentials, personal information, engagement, prizes or commercial advantage.

Prohibited conduct includes phishing, fake giveaways, fake investment offers, payment fraud, false Creator opportunities, fraudulent refund claims, account takeovers, fabricated transaction evidence and deceptive links or communications.

MedaStaré may restrict content or transactions where patterns reasonably indicate fraud, coordinated abuse or platform manipulation.

11. Creator monetization and StarGift integrity

Creator monetization must reflect genuine user participation. StarGift and Creator Payout features may not be used to manufacture artificial earnings or disguise prohibited transfers.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• sending StarGifts to yourself through another account or arranging related accounts to do so;
• coordinating purchases primarily to generate artificial Creator Payouts;
• using stolen, unauthorized or fraudulently obtained payment methods;
• offering cash, reimbursement, kickbacks or off-platform consideration in exchange for StarGift activity intended to manipulate Creator earnings;
• misrepresenting StarGift as a direct cash transfer from the consumer;
• misrepresenting Creator Payouts as wages, guaranteed income or consumer-owned funds; or
• using StarGift to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful financial activity.

MedaStaré may hold, reverse, offset or deny Creator Payouts associated with prohibited conduct as permitted by the Creator Program Terms.

12. StaréMatch conduct

StaréMatch is intended for style, community and compatible-user discovery within the MedaStaré ecosystem. It is not represented by MedaStaré as a dating service.

Do not use StaréMatch to harass, sexually solicit, pressure, stalk, impersonate or repeatedly contact someone who has declined or blocked interaction.

Match compatibility does not guarantee friendship, communication, safety, reliability or any personal outcome. Users remain responsible for deciding whether and how to interact.

13. MedArena, challenges and rankings

MedArena participation must be genuine. Do not manipulate voting, scoring, rankings, eligibility, submissions or winner-selection systems.

Prohibited conduct includes fake accounts, coordinated vote manipulation, automated engagement, false identity information, altered eligibility evidence, duplicate prohibited entries, collusion intended to distort results or attempts to interfere with MedaStaré's technical or human review.

Prize-bearing challenges, contests, sweepstakes or promotions may be governed by separate Official Rules. Those Official Rules control on eligibility, entry, judging or selection method, deadlines, prizes and winner verification.

Purchasing a StarGift or another paid MedaStaré product does not improve a user's odds, ranking or winner-selection position unless separate Official Rules expressly and lawfully provide otherwise.

14. Spam and platform manipulation

Do not use automation, fake accounts, coordinated inauthentic behavior, repetitive unsolicited messaging, misleading engagement tactics or other methods intended to artificially inflate reach, popularity, follower counts, rankings, Creator earnings or feature eligibility.

MedaStaré may reduce distribution, remove content, invalidate engagement or restrict accounts where activity is reasonably identified as inauthentic or manipulative.

15. Intellectual property and rights

Post only content you own, are licensed to use, or otherwise have a lawful right to share.

Do not upload or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, design, publicity, image, personality, privacy or other rights.

Rights holders may submit a complaint through support@medastare.com. MedaStaré may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

16. AI-generated and edited content

AI-assisted or edited content remains subject to the same safety, privacy, intellectual-property, impersonation and fraud rules as other content.

Do not use AI features to create or distribute deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitative sexual content, unlawful content, fraudulent evidence or material that violates another person's rights.

Where MedaStaré provides labels, disclosures or feature-specific requirements for synthetic or materially edited media, users must not remove, falsify or intentionally evade them.

17. Commercial and sponsored content

Creators and users are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, sponsorship and consumer-protection requirements.

Do not conceal a material commercial relationship where disclosure is required. Do not make misleading claims about a product, service, Creator partnership, giveaway, sponsorship or MedaStaré affiliation.

Separate campaign, Creator or brand agreements may impose additional disclosure and content requirements.

18. Moderation and enforcement

MedaStaré may use automated systems, user reports, technical signals and human review to identify content or behavior that may violate these Guidelines, the Terms of Use, Creator Program Terms, Official Rules or applicable law.

Depending on severity, context, history and risk, enforcement may include:

• content removal or visibility reduction;
• warning or education;
• feature restrictions;
• temporary account restriction or suspension;
• removal from Creator monetization or MedArena participation;
• holding, reversal, offset or forfeiture of Creator Payouts where permitted by the Creator Program Terms;
• account termination; or
• referral to a provider or lawful authority where required or permitted by law.

MedaStaré may act immediately without prior warning where necessary to address serious safety risks, fraud, exploitation, legal obligations, platform integrity or repeat abuse.

Enforcement is context-sensitive. Similar-looking content may receive different outcomes when context, intent, severity, legal obligations or user safety differ.

19. Appeals and mistakes

Where an appeal is available, a user may request review of an eligible moderation or enforcement decision through the in-app process or by contacting support@medastare.com.

An appeal should identify the affected account, content or decision and explain why the user believes the decision was incorrect. MedaStaré may uphold, modify or reverse the original decision after review.

Creator payout disputes are additionally governed by the Creator Program Terms and Creator Payout Schedule.

20. Reporting

Where available, use MedaStaré's in-app report and block tools for content, accounts or interactions that may violate these Guidelines.

If the relevant in-app tool is unavailable, contact support@medastare.com with the subject Community Safety Report.

Include enough information to locate the issue, such as the username, feature, approximate date, content link or screenshot where appropriate. Do not send passwords, one-time authentication codes, recovery codes, complete payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.

For an immediate threat to physical safety or an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service. MedaStaré support is not an emergency-response service.
